Liedermacher*innen empfehlen wir sich alternativ bei Sago oder der Celler Schule zu bewerben

arbeiten in den rennomierten Hansa Studios, Instrumente und Technik vor Ort können benutzt werden
Work at the renowned Hansa Studios in Berlin, with instruments and studio equipment available for use on site.

Start ist pünktlich um 10:00, 9:45 da sein, Ende ca. 18:00 mit der Möglichkeit zum Get Together im Anschluss

die GEMA-Rechte werden im equal Split (also 25%/33% für jede*n) und bei freier Vereinbarkeit 50:50 VR:AR geteilt
publishing rights are equally split among the writers

ist ein Artist im Team (gängiges Session Setup), so hat diese Person das Recht zur Erstveröffentlichung, trotzdem muss eine Produktion natürlich separat bezahlt werden (der Song muss jedoch nicht durch die*den Session Producer ausproduziert werden).
Auch für die Abtretung einzelner Spuren/ Vocal Recordings muss die*der Produzent*in im gegebenen Fall vergütet werden.
If an artist is part of the team (as is common in our typical camp session setup), that artist will have the right of first release.
However, production services must still be paid for separately. The song does not necessarily have to be fully produced by the session producer.
The producer must also be compensated separately, where applicable, for the transfer or use of individual stems or vocal recordings.

am Ende des Camps werden wir eine Playlist aller Campsongs zur privaten Verwendung teilen
We share a private playlist at the end of the camp with all camp songs

das Camp ist ein „Songwriting Camp“ und keine „gebuchte Produktion“, die Hansa Studios sind lediglich die Location, Produzent*innen sind genau so Teilnehmende Songwriter wie die Artists
This camp is a songwriting camp, not a commissioned production service. Hansa Studios serves solely as the venue, and producers are participants and songwriters in the same way as artists and songwriters. We see producers as writers not as „session trackers“.
The focus is on creating songs together in writing sessions, not on providing fully produced tracks as a service.

Deine Rechte bleiben bei Dir, PAPER PUG und Hansa Studios sind lediglich Veranstaltende des Camps, Zwangsinverlagsnahme ist ausgeschlossen
Your rights remain entirely yours. PAPER PUG and Hansa Studios are solely the organizers and hosts of the camp. There is no obligation to sign a publishing deal or assign your publishing rights.
